First Academic Council
The board of Governors for a college is governing body, not a management board. The board is responsible for defining the role and mission of the college and thereby setting the strategic direction for the college to achieve. The board of governors has responsibility for maintaining highest level of institution performance. all of its divisions and policies are made for the best interest of the institution and its students, not for particular constituents.
