Normally a "Kulgeet" is a term used in Indian universities to allude to the song of devotion or melody related with a specific university. Each university ordinarily has its kulgeet that reflects its ethos, values, and conventions. Kulgeet of Haridwar University promotes cultural identity, unity and belongingness, instilling values, historical significance, encouraging participation, preserving tradition, promotion of music and arts and positive atmosphere.
