Seed Technology Awareness Program
The Seed Technology Awareness Program was organized with the objective of creating awareness among farmers, students, and agricultural professionals about the importance of quality seeds and modern seed technologies. The program aimed to highlight the role of improved seed varieties, seed certification, processing, storage, and distribution systems in enhancing crop productivity and ensuring food security.

Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme
Haridwar University, Roorkee successfully organized the Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme under the Institution Innovation Cell, conducted by TIDES Business Incubator, IIT Roorkee, on 11th November 2025 at the HU Auditorium.
Convened by Dr. Vipin Kumar Saini, the insightful session inspired students to embrace innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking. Participants gained practical knowledge about the startup ecosystem, funding opportunities, and business incubation support, empowering them to turn their ideas into impactful ventures.

Clinical Activity by B.Sc Nursing Students
During their clinical posting, B.Sc Nursing students of Haridwar University performed three important nursing activities — Feeding Technique, History Taking, and Medication Administration.
Feeding Technique
An essential nursing skill that ensures proper nutrition, hygiene, and growth of the baby. It also strengthens the emotional bond between mother and child while preventing complications like aspiration.
History Taking
A vital step in patient care. It helps nurses gather complete information about a patient's health condition, symptoms, and lifestyle, which supports accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
Medication Administration
A crucial nursing responsibility that ensures patients receive the correct medicine, in the right dose, through the proper route, and at the right time. It helps promote recovery, prevent complications, and maintain patient safety.
All these activities help nursing students develop clinical knowledge, communication skills, and confidence in handling real-life patient care situations. Haridwar University always encourages students to blend theoretical learning with practical experience for holistic nursing education.
