Strengthening Academia–Industry Collaboration

Haridwar University successfully hosted the HR Leaders Meet 2026 – Roorkee Chapter on 25 July 2026, in association with the Bhagwanpur Industrial Association (BIA) and the SIDCUL Manufacturers Association Uttarakhand (SMAU).

The event brought together distinguished HR Leaders, Plant Heads, Industry Experts, and corporate representatives from leading organizations across diverse sectors. Eminent organizations participating in the meet included Jubilant Generics, Adani Cement, Yacca Life Sciences, Apple Formulations, Ambuja Foundation, JAMS Life Sciences, Shree Amba Industries, HDFC Life, Abdos Labtech Pvt. Ltd., and several other reputed organizations.

The HR Leaders Meet 2026 provided a vibrant platform for meaningful interaction between academia and industry. The discussions focused on understanding evolving industry requirements, emerging workforce trends, skill development, employability, and strengthening industry-oriented education.

The meet also opened avenues for internships, placements, industry projects, collaborative initiatives, expert interactions, and future academia–industry partnerships.
