University Governance Structure

Haridwar University operates under a well-defined governance structure that ensures transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making. Board of Governors

The highest governing body in charge of managing the operations, policies, and strategic orientation of the university.

Board of Management

The principal executive body of the University with powers necessary to administer the University subject to the provisions of the Act.

Academic Council

Responsible for overseeing academic policies, curriculum development, and other educational matters.

Finance Committee

An advisory body to the Governing Body that examines and scrutinizes the annual budget and makes recommendations on financial matters.
