India's higher education system is developing and changing progressively at a steady pace. Given the size and dynamic nature demands our higher education and the numerous obstacles we face, including the brain drain and unemployment requires significantly revitalization and re-energisation of the higher education industry via innovation and quality in research and academics. We urgently need to work synthesis with nation's research policies, techniques, and procedures before having a brainstorming session to discuss the issues raised by the rapidly shifting global landscape. In light of this, it is imperative that plans shall be developed and the appropriate actions be taken to improve research and raise the caliber of research at our Haridwar University. Innovation and research are essential components for the development of an institution and faculty. They improve the institution's reputation, promote a culture of learning, and contribute to the growth of knowledge.
