Dr D B Singh, a B Tech, MBA and Ph D from Allahabad University, has got rich academic experience of three decades. A multi-faceted personality in the Education sector, having more than 33 years of vast experience in improvements in academia with expertise in strategic planning, policy formulation, teaching, research and curriculum development while leading multiple campus schools of large sizes. Prior to joining Haridwar University as Vice Chancellor, he has led engineering colleges and business schools of repute in the country. He has published numerous research papers, in national and international Journals to his credit. Besides he has authored 15 Books, published patents chaired hundreds of sessions in national and international events. He has championed the cause of academic and professional excellence and nurtured empathy for socio-cultural, economic and gender diversity.
