Refund Guidelines

We understand that circumstances may arise that require students to withdraw from their academic programs. Haridwar University is committed to supporting our students throughout their educational journey, including during the withdrawal process. Below are the guidelines and procedures for withdrawing from your program:

    Withdrawal application will be processed as per following HU refund Guidelines:
  • If a student withdraws his/her admission before the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of deposited amount after deduction of processing fees of Rs. 1000/-
  • If a student withdraws his/her admission after the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive the refund of deposited amount after deduction of academic fees on proportional basis as per policy.

Scholarship Case

If a student who is offered Haridwar University scholarship decides to withdraw, he / she will be treated as a non-scholarship student and the withdrawal guidelines as given above will be applicable.

Hostel Case

Hostel fees once paid will not be refunded in any case of withdrawal at any point of time.
