Education Far Beyond the Classroom
Haridwar University, Roorkee believes that true education encompasses intellectual, physical, ethical, and creative growth. Through its five constituent colleges — Roorkee College of Smart Computing, Roorkee College of Engineering, Roorkee College of Business Studies, Roorkee College of Agriculture Sciences, and Roorkee College of Allied Health Sciences — the university offers programmes across engineering, computer applications, management, agriculture, pharmacy, nursing, paramedical sciences, and research.
To provide every student with an organized platform to serve society, express creativity, innovate, conduct research, compete in sports, and step confidently into their careers, Haridwar University has established seven distinct clubs. Each club is spearheaded by an experienced faculty Convener, department-level Coordinators, and student core teams.

Club Operating Structure
To guarantee structured coordination across all constituent colleges and academic departments, every club functions with a defined 3-tier operating model:
Faculty Convener
Senior faculty appointed by the university leadership to provide strategic direction, mentor coordinators, and oversee annual budgets & calendars.
Department Coordinators & Co-coordinators
Faculty members in each department (Engineering, Computing, Management, Agriculture, Health Sciences) ensuring student engagement across departments.
Student Core Committee
Selected student leaders (President, Secretary, Wing Leads) who plan events, lead volunteers, manage logistics, and drive club activities.
